FOX 61 and CW20, TEGNA Inc. companies, have an opportunity for a New Business Account Executive, selling digital and TV advertising. In this role you will have the opportunity to sell innovative marketing solutions and be a one-stop-shop for local business. Upon training completion, you will be responsible for developing a new list of accounts.

About the opportunity ​

  • Consistently prospect for new business and pitch new ideas
  • Create, implement, and execute digital and integrated media solutions to drive direct and agency sales with a focus on OTT, video, display, social media, and broadcast television.
  • Consistently uncover the needs of clients and have a deep understanding of how our broadcast and digital offerings can grow their business.
  • Persistently seek opportunities to expand relationships with key clients by taking an active interest in learning about their business needs and competitive landscape.
  • Deliver creative, strategic, and persuasive presentations that highlight FOX 61 and CW20/TEGNA's competitive advantages.​

About you:

  • College degree required
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience
  • Experience with cold calling and prospecting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Must have valid driver's license and own transportation​
