9NEWS, the TEGNA NBC affiliate in Denver, Colorado, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Host/Producer for "Colorado & Company", a local lifestyle/sales show. Responsibilities
Candidate must have a strong on-air presence and delivery skills. Hosting includes conducting live and virtual, on-air interviews, facilitating product and cooking demonstrations as well as regular sponsored content features that require high levels of interaction and enthusiasm. As producer, you are also responsible for facilitating assigned segment content as well as working with Executive Producer on enterprising unique content for the show. Daily digital and social media duties, pre and post show meetings, select client meetings and field shoots (per COVID protocols) are all required.
Candidate must have strong writing and production skills, excellent presentation and reporting skills; knowledge of journalistic standards as related to on-air, digital and social presentation. Must be a team player, committed to this full time position and comfortable with the pressures of a daily live show.
