The Networks of 11Alive (WXIA) are seeking a digital account manager who will work strategically with our sales staff and clients to generate creative solutions that deliver customer results through our digital assets, as well as monitor campaign performance. The individual must possess knowledge of banner/video sales and design, native, OTT, Attribution and calculating return on advertising spend.

• Understand the digital workflow for campaign fulfillment.
• Initiate the process of troubleshooting billing issues. Communicate directly with clients through a streamlined process to efficiently receive payment and close billing cycles.
• Create creative solutions to deliver customer results through digital assets while maintaining campaign logistics and performance
• Collaborate with Account Executives to assist with their local Premion budgets. Execute creative techniques to drive the avail to quote process.
• Attend sales calls. Collaborate with AEs for pre-sale opportunities.
• Attend twice weekly sales management meetings.
• Proactively find solutions for account executives to creatively use broadcast, digital and OTT in all buys with clients, while understanding and maintaining client campaign performance.
• Serve as lead digital strategist for digital support
• Partner with Media Sales Strategist to create integrated solutions that seamlessly flow between the broadcast and digital space.
• Assist Digital Sales Manager with training of new Digital Sales Specialist
• Monitor competitor websites for new revenue opportunities

• Strong written and communication skills.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Knowledge of banner sales and design, mobile advertising, OTT and social media platforms such as Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter and YouTube.
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships.
• Previous Internet Sales/Support experience.
• The position is based in Atlanta, GA at WXIA.
