Responsibilities:

Premion is seeking an Account Service Representative for the national sales team's West region that will be responsible for coordinating and managing the admin, internal workflow, and general sales activity generated by the sales team.  This may include Salesforce entry and account development, creation of new business proposals, lead generation, ensuring compliance with new advertiser/credit policies, gathering client deliverables, customizing presentations, managing sellers' schedules, creating follow up reporting, invoice preparation, client communication, booking travel, and processing expenses.  This position will regularly interact with the Premion Sales Planners, Account Managers, and corporate Finance teams to ensure all aspects of the client experience are fulfilled in a timely and accurate fashion.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
  • A self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-moving start-up environment and managing a high volume of activity.
  • Must be a dedicated, trustworthy, and dependable team member with a positive, "can do" attitude.   
  • Must be detail oriented and maintain a high level of accuracy in all related work.
  • Must possess a natural curiosity to learn new things and be adaptable to a consistently evolving environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Prior experience in digital media, media sales, or Ad Agency environment is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, specifically Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of Wide Orbitis highly desired.
  • Experience using Salesforce or CRM software is a plus.
  • Understanding of Strata and Media Ocean is beneficial.​
