KMSB/KTTU – in beautiful Tucson, Arizona, has an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive to join our solution-focused, dynamic and forward-thinking sales team while enjoying the outdoor lifestyle Southern Arizona offers.  Come work and play in the Southwest while offering client solutions for two television stations and a dynamic suite of digital products. The ideal candidate will showcase her or his strategic and entrepreneurial expertise by building collaborative and successful relationships while providing customer solutions through an integrated suite of media platforms, including television, digital, OTT and other emerging products. 

This opportunity requires an energetic and strategic entrepreneur who will champion KMSB and KTTU in the local market. As an Account Executive, you’ll use a consultative selling approach. As a marketing consultant, you will build relationships with existing and prospective clients; small business owners and advertising agency professionals. You will have at your disposal an extensive market-leading portfolio, such as:

  • A powerful duopoly: KMSB/FOX and KTTU/MyNet
  • The leading streaming television platform: Premion/OTT
  • E-mail Marketing
  • Display & Online Video Networks
  • Search Engine Marketing (PPC & SEO)
  • Social Media

Job Requirements:

  • This position requires accountability for local television and digital revenue performance and the ability to work both strategically and tactically with other sales executives in the station.
  • This individual is responsible for driving new television and digital sales by assessing and facilitating the use of best practices in solutions-based selling, up-sell of existing key account advertisers, while driving retention, and minimizing product cannibalization.
  • This individual needs to be adept at creating innovative multimedia recommendations that integrate proof of performance strategies, indicating engagement and interaction between the client message and potential customers.
  • The individual will network nationally, regionally, and locally to stay abreast of emerging media and digital trends, rates and product solutions.
  • You need to be highly motivated and success-oriented. Serving your customers and providing meaningful solutions to their business needs is a priority. Celebrating success, being a team player and contributing to a successful work atmosphere is also important.
