At KGW our top priority is providing our clients with the best marketing and advertising strategy for their business and the best customer service in the market. Because of our unique support structure, we are able to provide that type of exceptional customer service which means we must have the right people on our team!  The Account Coordinator is a post-sales data entry support position and not client facing. This position plays a significant role in supporting marketing campaigns that advertise with us. We are currently working remotely from home due to COVID, but you must plan on working in an office environment at the station M-F 8a-5p, in the near future. Both remote and in station environments require you to work all 8 hours at a desk and for remote workstations requires a high-speed internet connection provided by you at your home to launch the required software for the position. Laptops, monitors, etc. will be provided by KGW.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary duty involves high volume of order entry for local client orders into Wide Orbit Traffic while being highly detail oriented with a goal of 100% accuracy.
  • Secondary duty involves pulling posts from Wide Orbit Media Sales for client audience delivery and tracking.
  • Provide assistance to Traffic Coordinator for missing traffic instructions and commercial creative that needs to be sent to our Master Control HUB
  • Assist our Account Manager team with inputting make good packages into Wide Orbit Traffic and Wide Orbit Connect.

Requirements:

  • Wide Orbit Traffic, Wide Orbit Media Sales and Salesforce experience a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with transparently across teams, while also being able to work independently with a high level of productivity and daily output
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and electronically with a high level of customer service experience a plus
  • Proven computer (Microsoft Office)
  • Superior time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks and projects having daily deadlines with confidence, balance and vigor
  • Ability to follow verbal and written directions with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide overall support to the sales organization and any additional administrative duties as requested
  • Creative problem solver bringing solutions to the team
